All buildings are designed to help you comply with safety rules when mixing and handling pesticides. These specially designed buildings are perfect for Golf Courses, Farms, Nurseries, Greenhouses and Landscape Contractors. SECURALL® buildings help reduce the risk of poisoning and injuries among pesticide handlers and agricultural employees and will also help you protect against chemical spills, children and animal poisonings, theft, fire and unauthorized personnel.
Easy To Ship Securall’s Chemical Storage Buildings (AG1200 and Below) are designed to fit in a standard high cube shipping container reducing shipping costs and labor time.
Securall® Chemical Storage Buildings are designed with a wide variety of standard features to help our customers gain compliance with hazmat storage codes quickly and easily. Pesticide Storage Buildings are designed for outdoor storage of hazardous agricultural and turf-management chemicals.
Securall’s quality cannot be beat with standard features such as corrosion-resistant, galvannealed steel construction, tornado and hurricane resistant walls, and interlocking wall panels designed for superior strength and durability.
All models are FM approved, include UL listed electrical accessories, and are EPA and OSHA compliant.

TORNADO RESISTANT WALL
SECURALL® Buildings have been tested to determine the amount of force they can withstand and were shown to withstand F-4 tornado force winds of 250 mph. The chart below demonstrates the wind speed that a particular length of wall will resist.
EXTERIOR WALL CONSTRUCTION
SECURALL® Chemical Storage Buildings are all-welded using 12 gauge (AG1600X-AG8000X Models) and 16 gauge (AG200X-AG1200X Models) galvannealed steel outer walls and 20 gauge cold rolled steel inner walls provide maximum durability, weather resistance, and rigidity.
FIRE RATING ACCORDING TO FM
Industry’s 1st & Only Intertek Tested and FM Approved Roof & Wall Design 2 Hour Fire Rated wall construction built with 1.5 hour fire rated roof construction, 1.5 hour fire rated door construction, and multiple layers of ¾” gypsum ultracode wallboard. Air inlet vents with UL Listed and labeled fire damper with louvers. Dampers have a galvanized steel frame, curtain-type galvanized steel blades and a UL Listed 165° F fusible link.

SAFETY FLOOR PLANKING
Slip resistant planking 13″ wide, 12 gauge galvanized steel with raised perforated buttons and debossed holes protruding down. Galvanized steel floor planking above sump area for maximum corrosion resistance. Floor planking designed to sustain a minimum uniformly distributed load of 250 pounds per square foot. Floor planking and supports are removable to facilitate sump cleaning in the event of a spill.
EXPLOSION RELIEF PANEL
Used in the construction of buildings designed to store Class IA and Class IB flammables. Explosion relief panels limit the damage within an enclosed hazardous location. When the panel(s) are subjected to an explosive force, the pressure relieving panel quickly vents the force before it causes major damage. The panels are designed to release at 20 psf.
FACTORY MUTUAL SYSTEM APPROVAL
Securall® Fire-Rated Hazardous Material Storage Buildings (10′H X 42′W X 9′D Max Dimensions) carry the Factory Mutual System Approval label and are constructed based upon UL Fire Resistance Ratings classification criteria. In addition, all Fire-Rated Buildings come with hydraulic operated self-closing, fire-rated doors and fire damper protected vents.
New TPE HI-TEMP Wheels

Colson Caster Corporation, the world’s leading manufacturer of standard and custom application caster and wheel products, today announced a new addition to its 2 Series wheel product group – the TPE HI-TEMP wheel. Built with an easy running, heat resistant exterior, the new wheel is designed for applications where moderate to high temperature and washing and steaming environments may be the norm.
“The entire construction of the wheel dictates worry free hardiness and operation,” said Charles Harris, engineering manager at Colson. “We have not only crafted its elements with the toughest materials, but also joined them together with the most advanced bonding and sealing technologies.”
Thoroughly tested in Colson’s own engineering labs, the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) tread material on the TPE HI-TEMP wheel is chemically bonded to a tough and environmentally sound polyolefin core. This combination of corrosion-free, heavy-duty materials and hearty package design make the wheel perfect for medical and food processing environments requiring strength and durability during washing operations and hot, wet clean-ups. In addition, the wheels feature a single insert, molded and sealed, stainless steel precision ball bearing with a white, glass-filled nylon thread guard for years of maintenance-free, dependable wear.
The new TPE-HI-TEMP wheel can facilitate up to 350 total pounds of weight load and is available now in 3, 3 ½, 4, 5, and 6 inch wheel diameters, each with a 1 ¼ inch tread width. 6″ Round Triumph Wheel Introduced by Colson

Colson Caster Corporation, the world’s leading manufacturer of standard and custom application caster and wheel products, has added a new 6” Triumph™ Wheel to its growing product offerings as an option for manufacturing environments where high capacity loads need to be moved with non-marking and skid resistant ease. The introduction is accompanied by sale pricing for both models of the Triumph Wheel, the new 6” and the existing 8” version, with load capacities up to 900 and 1200 lbs per wheel, respectively.
“This new Triumph Wheel has been requested by customers where the attributes are needed but the loads are lighter,” said Brian Crain, product manager for Colson. “This wheel gives the end user a more cost effective alternative to meet their needs.”
With the MPH on the end still standing for speed, with smooth and silent rolling manageability, Colson’s new 6” Triumph Wheel is available in two models with 80 and 95 Shore A durometer polyurethane tread. The non-marking, polyurethane wheels, constructed in red and blue, are equipped with a light-weight aluminum core and Round tread for managing obstructions and enhanced swivel over other flat tread units. Like its bigger brother, the new 6” model is built to resist damage from chemicals, acids, oils, and other caustic substances, and can also handle temperatures ranging from –40 degrees to 180 degrees. Cabinet Rolling Cart makes it easy to relocate a heavy safety cabinet, bringing flammable solvents and chemicals directly to your work area. All welded 1/8" (3mm) heavy duty steel with reinforced corners for maximum durability, this cart includes a built-in grounding wire which can be attached to a grounding lug on the side of the cabinet. Grounding wire is long enough to reach and drag on cement flooring, reducing the potential for static discharge build-up. Large 5" (127mm) poly caster wheels (2 fixed in front & 2 swivel at back end near handle) make it easy to maneuver. All four casters have brakes for added safety, keeping the cabinet in a secure position during use. Ergonomic 1-1/4" (31.75mm) push handle is removable. Frame fits any cabinet footprint of 43" W x 18"D (1092 x 457mm) and is recommended only for use with cabinets with a maximum height of 44" (1118mm), such as Justrite 30 gal. (114L) or piggyback cabinets.

Cabinet is securely attached to frame with 4 flanged bolts that screw into threaded holes in the bottom of the cabinet. Adjustable leg levelers supplied with the Cabinet Riser can be used on the base of the frame for leveling on uneven surfaces. High leg frame makes it easy to clean underneath and keeps cabinet away from floor moisture, increasing ventilation to reduce the potential for corrosion. For flexible workstations that require relocating cabinet to another worksite, empty cabinet can be easily moved from front or back of frame, via forklift or pallet jack.
