Pack Expo is our favorite time of year and we couldn’t be more excited for what we have to show you at this year’s show in Chicago. The show will be held at McCormick Place, on Chicago’s lakefront, from October 31st to November 3rd and we’ll be in booth #3854.

This will be the first Pack Expo appearance for our newest conveyor platform, DustPruf™. For the first time ever, packaging professionals will be able to witness the smooth-sided conveyors transfer product as small as Oreo cookies on the DustPruf 2300 Series as well as the flexible design of the DustPruf 5300 Series.

Of course, the DustPruf line won’t be alone. Within our 1,600 sq. ft. booth, attendees will see all of our conveyor platforms in action. Featuring everything from our low profile aluminum frame conveyors to our Aqua family of the stainless steel conveyors, we will be simulating real-life applications.

We hope to see you at the show and be sure to stop by the Dorner booth #3854.

Introducing the new DustPruf Series – the latest and greatest in anti-dust and particulate dust proof conveyors from Dorner. This new conveying system is ideal for environments where dust, particulates or product debris build up and where constant cleaning just isn’t feasible.

The Benefits of Flexible, Anti-Dust, Sanitary Dust Proof Conveyors

Our DustPruf conveyors provide all the integration flexibility of a T-slot system without the drawback – slots that collect dust and particulates. And for your convenience the offering is available in both belt and plastic chain.

So just how does the DustPruf conveyor put an end to product debris build up and earn the appellation of a clean room conveyor?

Simple really – our patent pending SmartSlot™ technology is designed into the frame of each DustPruf conveyor. The smooth profile of the SmartSlot virtually eliminates dust collection points without giving up the integration and add-on capabilities of a T-slot by removing slots that collect dust or contaminates. Remove the slots, and dust has nowhere to accumulate!

The New DustPruf™ Series: Innovative Dust Proof Conveyors

These dust proof conveyors are perfect for various applications and industries, including conveying of:

food products

case and packaging products

pet food

bakery & confectionary products

manufacturing industries

pharmaceutical and medical devices

health and beauty aids

and more…

In other words, the DustPruf conveyors are perfect for any industry that deals with dust and debris pile up, including packaging areas where corrugate dust is present. It’s also perfect for industries in need of a clean room conveying system or dust free conveyors. And DustPruf conveyors are ideal for small parts handling as well as larger packaging applications.
